[About returns]

Returns and exchanges of products due to customer's convenience (other than initial defects such as damage and staining of products)

Due to hygienic considerations, we generally do not accept it.

After the product arrives at your hand, we will respond to your inquiry only if it is unused and unopened.

In that case, all shipping fees, transfer fees, cash on delivery, and handling fees will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

(1) Products that have been delivered for more than 8 days

(2) Products that the customer has used once

(3) Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer

(4) When the product box, instruction manual, etc. is defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed

(5) Items for which gift wrapping is desired

(6) Products processed by the customer

(7) Products that have been repaired or cleaned after delivery

(8) Other items that have a description on each product listing page to the effect that returns cannot be accepted.

Handling of initial defective products

If the product is damaged, defaced, or different from what you ordered

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

We will immediately return or exchange the item. (In this case, our shop will bear the shipping fee.)
